Nemra is an Armenian indie rock band formed in Yerevan in 2011. Its core lineup includes Van Yeghiazaryan, Vaspur Yeghiazaryan, Marianna Karapetyan, and Marek Zaborski. The group gained broader public attention in 2017 through its appearance in Depi Evratesil, Armenia’s selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest, where it performed the song “I’m a Liar.” Nemra is known for an original English-language repertoire and has performed both in Armenia and internationally, including concerts in the United Kingdom and other European countries.
